Privacy Policy

Veriaco ("we") operates the customer portal at dashboard.veriaco.com, through which YouTube creators track channel earnings and request payouts. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
Information you give us
- Account details — name, email address, phone number, and the postal address and social handles you choose to add.
- Channel details — channel name, URL, and the platform channel id.
- Identity and banking documents — where required to verify you or to pay you. Bank and wallet identifiers are stored encrypted.
- Support messages and contracts — including the record that you signed a contract, and the verification code sent to authorise that signature.
Information from YouTube
If you connect a channel, we ask Google for read-only access to that channel's analytics. We can only read. We cannot upload, edit, delete, or comment on anything.
We request these scopes:
youtube.readonly— to confirm which channel the grant covers, and to read its name and subscriber count.yt-analytics.readonly— views, watch time, subscribers gained and lost.yt-analytics-monetary.readonly— estimated revenue.
We store one row per channel per day containing those figures, and we refresh them once a night. We do not read your videos, your comments, your messages, your viewers' identities, or anything about individual viewers. We have no access to your Google account beyond these three read-only scopes.
Your Google refresh token is stored encrypted and is used for nothing but fetching the figures above.
Limited Use
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular, we do not transfer this data to others except as necessary to provide or improve the service, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition; we do not use it for advertising; and we do not allow humans to read it except with your explicit permission, where necessary for security, to comply with applicable law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymised.
Information collected automatically
IP address, browser user agent, and a record of sign-ins and significant actions. These exist so that a compromised account can be investigated, and so that financial actions can be attributed to whoever performed them.
Why we hold it
- To show you your earnings and channel figures.
- To pay you, and to keep a record that we did.
- To meet accounting and anti-fraud obligations.
- To answer your support requests.
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers needed to run the platform (hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery) and where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- YouTube figures — while your channel is connected and your account is open. Disconnecting stops new figures arriving; figures already stored remain visible to you as your history.
- Your Google refresh token — deleted the moment you disconnect, and we ask Google to revoke it as well.
- Financial records — retained as long as accounting law requires, even after an account closes. A payment record that can be deleted is not a record.
- Documents you upload — until you ask us to remove them, subject to the above.
Taking access away
You can disconnect a channel from the panel at any time. You can also revoke our access directly from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Either way, we stop receiving new data immediately.
Your other rights
Write to us and we will show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete what we are not legally required to keep.

This application uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's own handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
