These terms govern your use of the Veriaco customer portal at dashboard.veriaco.com.
What the service does
Veriaco helps YouTube creators track channel earnings, order creative services, and receive payouts. Access to the portal is by invitation or approval; we may decline or close an account.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access. Actions taken through your account are treated as yours, which is why we keep a record of sign-ins and of significant actions.
You must be entitled to act for the channels you register. Registering a channel you do not control, or supplying documents that are not yours, ends the relationship.
Connecting a YouTube channel
Connecting is optional and read-only. You may disconnect at any time from the portal or from your Google account.
The figures shown are what YouTube reports to us, and YouTube revises recent days — revenue in particular is an estimate until a month closes. The figures in this portal are informational. What you are actually owed is what the contract and the finalised statements say.
Money
- Balances are held in your account until you request a payout.
- A payout goes only to a settlement account you have registered and we have verified.
- Exchange rates shown include our margin, which is disclosed in the panel at the time you act.
- We may hold a payout while we verify identity or investigate suspected fraud, and will tell you when we do.
Services you order
Creative work is quoted before it starts. A quote you accept is the price. The number of revisions included is shown on the order.
What we do not promise
The portal is provided as it is. We do not promise it is available without interruption, and we are not responsible for what YouTube reports, when YouTube reports it, or for decisions YouTube makes about your channel or its monetisation.
Ending it
You may close your account once no payout is in flight and no balance is outstanding. We may suspend an account for fraud, for a legal requirement, or for a serious breach of these terms; where we do, any balance genuinely owed to you remains owed.
Changes
We will post changes here and, for anything material, tell you in the panel.
